The 2 G&T nerds, Jim and Tony, have been on a long and difficult mission. A mission dedicated exclusively to developing the ultimate gin for use with Gin & Tonic. With the production of the amazing Jim & Tony Buckthorn Gin, we are proud to say "Mission Completed". It all began in the spring of 2016 when we started a collaboration with Master Destiller Henrik Elsner, who produces both snaps and gin in a special class at his stunning authentic distillery Stone Grange in idyllic Fredensborg. The exciting fragrances from the various fresh ingredients that are distilled in the beautiful copper still were the very inspiration ... we simply had to make a gin! After countless distillations, tests and tastings, we arrived at a very special grade. Jim & Tony Buckthorn Gin is produced exclusively by distilling carefully selected raw materials, such as juniper berries, coriander, fennel and sea buckthorn. It's all handcrafted using the beautiful copper still in Stone Grange.
