The golden ratio is the visual key to beauty in nature. Can we also implement this key in terms of taste? We were inspired by the beauty of nature and the botanicals in our gin in the Fibonacci series in relation to one another. The resulting Fibonacci n-1 [pronounced fibonatschin-1] impresses with its indescribable harmony and balance. It is our homage to nature and the principle on which it is based. Its taste is as diverse as the botanicals it contains. A feast for the senses. Created at the foot of the Uetliberg, produced entirely by hand in small batches. Made from organic juniper, various types of pepper, rosemary and sage from the garden, oranges and lemon peel and many other botanicals. We bottle this gin unfiltered so that you can enjoy the full range of essential oils. Quite unfiltered. Therefore, the Fibonacci n-1 can easily be cloudy or turn back if it is cooled. A quality feature that stands for a high content of essential oils and thus for a lot of taste.
