Gin description

Our Autumn Gin is the unlikely result of carrot fermentation. We married them with citrus fruits, hazelnuts, tonka bean and a hint of ginger. This recipe has been designed in the spirit of a carrot cake, to push the limits of creativity with this extravagant and close to the earth gin.
