Innovation and imagination are what drives us, so if you can think of it, we will probably be distilling it. With the creation of Bullards Norwich Dry gin, we’ve only just started our voyages into the unusual and created a gin so smooth it can be drunk straight without needing a mixer. Experimenting with the Tonka bean from the deepest, darkest, most mysterious parts of Central and South America has given our gin a balanced hint of vanilla and marzipan, combined with the floral and spicy notes of cardamom and lavender. That is, we assume our Tonka beans are from the deepest and darkest parts of the Americas, but we could be mistaken.
