For centuries the juniper branch has been used to represent gin. A hand drawn iconic image of juniper graces our label for Cadée Gin, as well as the Isle of Whidbey Label on the rear. Handmade in small batches on the Isle of Whidbey, Washington. Distilled from Grain with a 18th Century Recipe. Cadée Gin is exquisitely balanced in the nose. Dry crisp and clean on the palate, lighter body with a juniper focus and citrus forward. Concentrated flavor tightly wound. Opens up dramatically when mixed. A sophisticated, classic dry gin with a delicious, subtle, lingering finish.
