Pineapple gin delivers the pure, sweet fruit taste of pineapple, the pineapple's pure flavour will give a tropical accent to the gin flavour. Carnoustie Distillery is a father and son team. We have set up what is shaping up to be the finest small, possibly smallest distillery in the UK with Jory thought to be the UKs youngest owner/distiller. We have a passion for distilling and have tried to incorporate this into our products. All of our spirits are hand-crafted in small batches and are fermented, distilled, bottled and labelled in our log cabin in Carnoustie.
