Gin description
Celestine Spa, Still In Sodbury's first gin, takes it's name from the rare and famous rock, Celestite. Only a handful of locations around the world have it, including Chipping Sodbury. When yate and Chipping Sodbury was a part of the sea bed, the land eventually rose up to create an inland lake. The sea evaporated, leaving behind many rocks and minerals which, after time, slowly became Celestine. Celestine Spa was named after this crystal after the creators poured a shot to taste, added the ice, only to notice the gin turned slightly opaque. Reminding them of the local rock. This is because Still in Sodbury's gins are not chill filtered, thus leaving a smoother finish. This gin uses citrus peel, fennel seeds and chamomile to create a flavour unique to any other.
