Gin description

Gin Celtic Fresha is the result of a combination of our aromatic plants from Galicia with fresh strawberries. From the fusion of nature and the knowledge of the Castro Celtas de Galicia, the Celtic Gin combines the Celtic origins and the ancient traditions of the distillers of Galicia and inspired by their ancient knowledge we have been able to create a perfect gin. Ingredients include juniper, orange, ginger, licorice, cardamom, nutmeg, heather, angelica root, cinnamon, elder, laurel, lemon verbena, and gorse. Each batch is obtained manually from family distillery in Galicia, Pazo de Valdomiño, with nine Distillations separated and joined later in a final coupage with spring water from the Sierra de Argallo. Each botanist is distilled individually to achieve the exact balance of flavor.
