Gin description

The product is inspired by Baie St Paul in summer mode; carefully selected boreal plants; aromatics with finesse; and the sweetness of its raw material: grape marc. Grape marc is the solid residue after pressing the grapes from our vineyard. This is the same raw material that we use to make our Cluster. 100% of the botanicals present in this gin are found in Baie St Paul. No citrus or exotic fruits were used.
