Gin description

Our Elderflower Gin is a floral drink with a kick of gin. In early summer, we gather the elder flowers from the hedgerows around the farm and gently infuse them in gin to bring out the delicate flavour. This delightful drink can be enjoyed neat over ice or mixed with sparkling wine.
