Chuckanut Bay Distillery Gin is made from beginning to end right here on site – from grain mash to fermentation to distillation and botanical infusion. The grain bill consists of white winter wheat grown locally right here in Whatcom County. Select botanicals, such as juniper, cassia, and orris root provide the gin’s characteristic bouquet. The result is what we refer to as “Bellingham Dry Style” gin – elegant, disciplined in its restraint, and highly drinkable. Subdued excitement, indeed!
