Taking revenge on the two things Texans hate the most, Cactus and Cedar trees! Texas Revenge Gin is handcrafted in Comfort, TX located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. All of our batches are hand crafted; from picking the Prickly Pear Cactus out of nearby ranches to collecting the local Ashe Juniper berries (aka Cedar Berries) by hand.All our products are made completely natural, using no chemicals, extracts, or other additives. Even the water we use to proof our Texas Revenge Gin is distilled rainwater! We create our base for our Gin by fermenting Prickly Pear Cactus Pads, using no corn or grain (no wheat, barley, rye or oats). Because we don’t use any corn, or other grains in the process, it gives our Gin a much cleaner finish, which makes an ultra-smooth product. We then distill it with Ashe Juniper berries, orange peel, lemon peel and cinnamon sticks. These botanicals give our Texas Revenge Gin a very unique flavor that we are sure you’ll love as much as we do!
