Gin description

This traditional gin is devoted to my grandfather Eugen Schmid. He was strong, powerful and purposeful, and above all: the impulse of my love for the world of distillates. Only from hand-picked fruits and full-bodied fruits can excellent distillates be obtained. Old traditions are adopted and linked with new insights. Our cultures and orchards are pampered by the wine-growing climate of the Remstal. Controlled fermentation and a slow distillation with careful separation are our top priority. Long storage times of the highly concentrated distillates make these come to the climax. The result: a distillate that touches the senses. Already in the third generation my wife and I continue the passion for the distillates. Our ambition is to create high-quality, elegant taste experiences. In the small Stetten in the Remstal we cultivate the fruits from which high-quality fruit fires, fruity liqueurs and exceptional spirits. We invite you to our small vaulted cellar to learn about our various specialties. And maybe you will also find one or the other selected accessories for an enjoyable everyday life.
