Gin description

Our gin is a flavour journey through Hackney - Floral notes (Rose petal & elderflower) from the flower market on Columbia Road, fresh fruit centre (Orange, lime, apple & mango) from the farmers of Kent on Broadway market, and a warm spice (Coriander, Mace & Angelica) from the curry houses on Brick Lane. Our recipe of tasty botanicals are added directly to the pot to draw out all of their juicy flavours.
