Parrot’s classic dry gin is a modern Australian Dry Gin created to pay homage to the classic. This is a gin created for all to enjoy. With subtle hints of grapefruit, rosebuds and vanilla, along with 17 other native botanicals, which complement the strong juniper flavour throughout. All the craft gins we create are bottled at the Parrot Distillery in Orange NSW.
