Gin description

Copeland Gin is lovingly produced using our bespoke, handcrafted process in the rural town of Saintfield in Northern Ireland. We infuse our own premium gin with fresh, locally grown produce from the fields of County Down. Hand turning and mixing the fruit every few days allows us to instil quality into each and every bottle. We have created two unique ginfusions as part of the Copeland Gin range: Rhuberry (rhubarb and blackberry) and Raspberry & Mint. Working with the carefully selected botanicals of our base gin, the flavours released by the natural fruit additions ensure a premium taste that will surprise and delight.
