Copenhagen Dry Gin is the world’s first honey-based Gin and the perfection of this unique spirit has been equal parts of sweet science and labour of love. Because we only use the finest natural ingredients in our distillery process, no extraneous botanicals besides juniper are added – nor needed in the final spirit. Our Copenhagen Dry Gin belongs to a very exclusive category – The Single Botanical Gin. This means that juniper is our only flavoring botanical, and it goes without saying that the less ingredients used in the process, the more challenging it is to perfect the distinct and sophisticated taste we have crafted.
