Gin description

Copper potstill alembic distillation of unfiltered, un-sulfited aromatic apple-wine then aged for 12 months in a medium-char Serbian juniper barrel. Non-chill filtered. No post-distillation infusion of flavors or colors for an authentic, uncorrupted flavor & distinctive “Old Tom” character. Some cloudiness will be apparent at colder temperatures.
