Paulchen is a London Dry Gin who receives his botanicals via the maceration and percolation process. An incredible fragrance that reminds of a lush herb meadow in the summer rain. Fine multi-faceted aromas of vigorous juniper, fruity Preisel and blueberry meet the freshness of bitter orange, lemon peel and lemongrass. Edelweiss, hawthorn and lavender give it a wonderful floral note, which is perfectly rounded off with a spice of coriander and pepper in the background. A very pleasing, fine-spicy and fresh gin, stunningly complex and mild, despite 47% vol.
