Our Cotswolds Ginger Gin is a warming and zesty barrel-aged gin. We mature out Cotswolds Dry Gin in first-fill ex-bourbon and red wine casks for three months, drawing out the complex flavours of the American oak. We then add fresh orange peel and candied ginger and macerate slowly for several weeks. Finally, we lightly sweeten with a touch of honey and dilute to 46%.
