Gin description

Developed by our Lead New Product Development Distiller, Alice Pearson, this gin is a blend of Alice's favourite botanicals, as well as some classic flavours historically found in Old Tom recipes dating back to the 1700s. Our Cotswolds Old Tom Gin has sweet notes of fresh orange peel, subtle ginger spice and warm hints of cardamom, and is delicious enjoyed either with tonic or in a Tom Collins cocktail.
