Gin description

Counter Gin is the result of careful infusion of eight botanical ingredients into high-purity grain spirits. When re-distilled, the botanical diversity is rendered into a singularly great expression of New American Gin resulting in a delicious sipping gin. Using the pure vodka spirit as its base, a proprietary range of botanical ingredients is steeped in an infusion process that lasts precisely 36 hours. Containing juniper berries from Albania, whole cucumbers from Seattle’s Pike Place Market, tarragon and verbena leaves from Provence, lavender flowers from Sequim, Washington, and orange peel from Seville, Spain, along with Floridian Meyer lemon peel and English orris root as minor constituents, the complex botanical composition of the Counter Gin infusion makes it an enigmatic original, and ensures that it is unlike any other gin.
