Gin description

The recipe consists of juniper berry and several different herbs. Fennel seeds and the rare, rarely used Veronica are handpicked from the pure Nordic nature. Veronica gives a minty flush and freshness to gin. Fennel seeds give herbal taste to gin. The aroma is fresh, crisp, aromatic and complex. You can feel hints of juniper shoots, lime, grapefruit zest, cumin, aniseed, fennel, yarrow, oregano and mint. The flavour is dry, elegant, slightly spicy and fresh. You can taste the bitterness of pink grapefruit and the freshness of citrus and herbs.
