A unique and strictly limited edition Gin liqueur for winter 2017. Fresh Scottish juniper and fresh pineapple distilled to together then vatted in seasoned Pedro Ximenes casks with roasted fresh pineapple, ginger and thyme. The result, a magnificently balanced winter liqueur, great sipped on its own or with tonic, lemonade or ginger ale.
