Dandy Old Tom Gin

Gin description

The Dandy Old Tom is directly inspired by 18th century London. Softer than in its original version, it is sweetened with a touch of maple syrup from the estate. It also stays in cabernet sauvignon barrels to get closer to the storage methods that would have been seen in a modest producer of the time. It keeps a magnificent copper hue as well as a tannic and fruity touch.
