Gin description

The Belie wintergin is the second gin of the De Belie family in collaboration with Thomas Cuyvers of the Sterkstokers from Brecht. The taste direction is completely different from the summer brother, this time the base is of course juniper with licorice, rye malted wine and gale. These last two ingredients are still relatively unknown but will go through the fantastic gin quickly over the tongues!
