Wheadon's Gin - Rock Samphire & Pink Grapefruit

Gin description

There is a great deal of Guernsey in Wheadon’s Gin. The Wheadon family have been involved in the production and distribution of fine alcohol on Guernsey for over a hundred years and it is this heritage, combined with our island’s maritime environment, that is the inspiration behind Wheadon’s Gin. Our Rock Samphire & Pink Grapefruit Expression is complex and rounded. The rock samphire gives a minerality, while the pink grapefruit gives a high note of citrus. Much like a sorbet, it is a true palette freshener. Created specifically to be enjoyed as a gin and tonic, this expression is perfect served with either a Traditional or Mediterranean Fever Tree Tonic and garnished with a slice of cucumber and a wedge of grapefruit! However if you do wish to create a gin Bloody Mary, we would recommend our Rock Samphire expression.
