Deerhammer Gin is first and foremost, a labor of love. Our dedicated, grain-to-glass approach begins with the same spirit base as our flagship Single Malt Whiskey: 100% malted barley. As for Dutch Style, it’s the use of barley that classifies this spirit as an old school genever, providing a gentler pine flavor than mainstream, juniper-heavy gins.
