Gin description

Our Organic London Dry Gin was designed as a straight gin with a dominant juniper note, which is only subtly ensnared by dominant citrus notes and floral hints. It was important to us above all to produce a strong gin, which is still characterized by a fine freshness. We make sure to use only the finest handpicked botanicals and fresh ripe lemons of the highest quality for our gin. These aromatic ingredients are macerated in pure grain alcohol for a few weeks to extract their complete spectrum. Subsequently this macerate is distilled carefully once. Only water is added to create our award-winning gin which won Gold at Concours International de Lyon 2020 and Double Gold at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021.
