Resulting from a double manufacturing technique: Maceration & Fermentation, Le Gin de la Distillerie d'Isle de France aims to be innovative and different. A tangy, spicy and floral nose with notes of citron, lemongrass, verbena and Bissap (hibiscus flower) will satisfy amateurs and neophytes alike. The fermentation of Pineapple and Ginger combined with the distillation in an artisanal Stupfler still, give it an incomparable roundness, which you can enjoy neat or in cocktails.
