Saffron Gin is our dry Martini monster... with a golden glow it presents beautifully and has the astringent dryness to make a memorable "tini"... We like to dirty the glass with a spray of our bitters or a touch of olive brine... This is not a G & T gin... the other two in the line are wetter and more herbal...this is a one trick pony...but holy cow what a trick.
