This gin was born from the extraordinary journeys of "The Curious Journey of a Curious Mind". Over the years, PJ Rigney, founder of The Shed Distillery, has made many trips including one along the 41st Parallel North, across the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Wandering through groves of oak trees, PJ came to the rustic Italian village of Sinisicola. The locals introduced him to Citrus Mostruosa, a citrus fruit endemic to Sardinia. He then had the idea to add his delicious and unusual notes to the exotic oriental flavors of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin. This is how the recipe for Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin Sardinian Citrus was born.
