Gin description
The DS is a "premium" forest style Gin. The nose is spicy. On the palate, a clever balance between juniper, black pepper, yellow birch bark, coriander, angelica root and 5 other aromatics ... secret. The base alcohol for DS Gin was produced at the Domaine from our maple syrup and our small batch grapes. First certified organic Quebec Gin.
