Gin description

2015 was the inagural year of Durham Distillery's Cask Aged Gin, and the result of aging our signature Durham Gin in an American Bourbon Cask far exceeded our expectations. This year, we're taking it a step further by blending another batch of the American Bourbon Cask with a Spanish Sherry Cask which is sure to add deep and complex flavours. This is, without a doubt, one of the most unique and exciting spirits we have created.
