Gin description

Batch 2 of this Premium Gin, which is 47% alcohol, is infused with the finest botanicals available including Coriander seeds, Juniper berries, Angelica root, Thyme, Winter savory, Fennel seeds, Orris root, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Sage and Bay leaf. The gin is bottled at 47% ABV and is hand crafted in small batches. Distilled in a custom designed and hand-built Arnold Holstein still it has a distinctly herbaceous aroma, yet refreshing flavour profile, which is well balanced by the higher alcohol content.
