Cardiff Gin is a new style of gin chosen by the people of South Wales. Rich herbal notes of rosemary, fennel, sorrel and liquorice, together with citrus notes from the lemongrass and verbena. Perhaps the new aperitif gin of the world? Eccentric Gin is a fresh new gin brand from the heart of Wales. It is distilled using local spring water in the cellar of a 200 year old building in Llantrisant.
