A london dry as it should be. Simple, dry and juniper forward with citrus and a hint of liquorice and some subtle floral and sweet characters added by the sacred duo “meadowsweet and wild sunflower”. Eccentric Gin is a fresh new gin brand from the heart of Wales. It is distilled using local spring water in the cellar of a 200 year old building in Llantrisant.
