Gin description

Generation Hibs Gin was released in 2018, where we set out to create a gin made in collaboration with Hibernian legends, past and present, taking the idea of being part of a team that defines the generation. We are proud to have collaborated with Hibernian Football Club and work with Hibernian Football legends Tony Higgins (1970s), Jackie McNamara (1980s), Murdo MacLeod (1990s), Lewis Stevenson (2000s) and David Gray. This gin is light, fruity and sweet on the nose, with a zesty and grassy undertone. Juicy citrus and sweet fruit flavours lead the palate of peppery spice and a light earthy character.
