Gin description

A limited release gin of just 200 units distilled at Stone Pine distillery in collaboration with Biota Dining. These hand-signed and individually number bottles were produced using fresh elderflower from the Biota kitchen garden. A delicate botanical, this gin also benefits from saltbush and Stone Pine’s trademark lemon myrtle alongside juniper and other undisclosed botanicals.
