Gin description

A traditional gin with light spice, fresh citrus note, followed with a green herbaceous note. London Dry Gin is distilled in copper stills using traditional methods. All ingredients are weighed out and loaded by hand. They are left to steep in the alcohol for a minimum of 8 hours prior to distillation to ensure that the essential oils have a chance to be released into the spirit. Demineralised water is added to the resulting product to bring it to strength for consumption. The inspiration behind this unique gin comes from the culinary herb gardens of the world. In much the same way that herbs and spices are used to enhance the flavours in food, we've used them here to take this gin to the next level. Subtlety was the key to this, starting with a great quality neutral spirit then adding the juniper and the other six specially selected botanicals in precise measurements to create something we can be truly proud of and most importantly, unmistakably a London Dry Gin!
