Gin description

Elg Gin No. 1 is a crystal clear all-round gin. It is based on juniper berries, coriander seeds and Danish Carrots. The taste is dominated by the flavour of the juniper berries. The three botanicals are distilled in different ways to achieve perfect distillates with the best possible flavour and taste. Coriander seeds in particular have many undesirable flavour elements that are removed during the distillation process. The Danish carrots are distilled once every year at the end of July.
