Gin plus chocolate – perhaps not the most immediately obvious combination, but well worth a closer look. Enjoyed neat, the drinker experiences a very balanced hit of both gin and chocolate – this is a dry gin, unsweetened, with just a slight bitterness from the chocolate. Whisky fans drink it this way. Having said all that, this product is really intended as a mixer. Try anything that goes with chocolate: orange or cherry juice, amaretto, coffee (on a bad day); even served with a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Delicious!
