Our brand new and unique BarrelAgedGIN (e.g. barrel-aged GIN) is carefully stored and matured in mulberry barrel for over 9 months. In these 9 months our classic, the Swabian Dry GIN, goes through an enormous taste journey and takes on the spicy, smoky notes of the wooden barrel! This process makes the GIN even milder and develops a unique amber color, which we are very enthusiastic about! An absolute masterpiece from Erich's still and intended for pure enjoyment! The barrelagedgin is distilled and matured in a limited edition once a year, so the GIN is unfortunately not in stock all year round! Limited special edition!
