Gin description

Our gin is created in a traditional copper still with over a dozen responsibly sourced botanicals including heather, milk thistle, peppercorn, citrus and silver birch sap tapped from the trees of Kincardine Estate. Inspired by the flowing crystal waters of the River Dee and the Silver Birch trees that line its path, Esker Gin embodies the spirit of Royal Deeside, Scotland.
