Forest Gin

Gin description

Forest Gin is hand-crafted by the Bond family in very small batches. We are very proud of the taste of the Gin and we believe that the pure flavours of the spirit fully justify our decision to only use the finest quality ingredients. We steep several traditional gin ingredients in our Organic Grain Spirit including organic certified juniper berries and organic certified coriander seeds. We then use a pestle & mortar to break up our forest botanicals which have been sourced & foraged from Macclesfield Forest where possible. The exact recipe is a closely guarded secret, but wild bilberries, wild gorse flowers, wild raspberries, and local moss are blended with several other fragrant botanicals to create the flavour. This mix is added to the spirit and distilled through our own copper condenser. The softest, purest local spring water is then blended with the resulting spirit to give you a Premium London Dry Gin. Forest Gin has been awarded 2 seperate double-gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards.
