Double distilled Gin made of 9 beautiful, savoury botanicals, using hand crafted neutral spirit. The name comes from Wilmot Hills’ Border Collie ‘Jet’, who consistently played in the Rosemary and Sage in the garden, inspiring us to craft a Gin using those botanicals, as well as other prominent Gin botanicals.
