The Four Marys – companions and ladies-in-waiting to Mary Queen of Scots, have inspired this series of expressions. Talented and loyal, they attended Mary with flair and character. Mary Livingston, 'the bonny one’ was full of spirit and joyous in her approach to life. A skilled horsewoman, she would ride, hunt and hawk with Mary and her nobles - indulging her lusty outdoor nature. Our Bonny Bramble has been distilled with fresh raspberry leaves locally foraged and Scottish brambles and infused with Scottish brambles. This gin imparts a rounded, fresh fruity taste and aroma. This is not a liquor but a full strength gin at 40% ABV.
