Rare Old Tom Gin is our take on the old school, sweetened style of gin that dates back to the 1700s when gin was made in bathtubs and dispensed via wooden plaques shaped like a black cat - an Old Tom. Our signature Rare Dry Gin forms the base, with some added sweetness helping to enhance the trademark botanicals of juniper and spice, and giving the gin bigger flavours and a longer finish. It’s the cat’s whiskers.
