Four Pillars Rarest Dry Gin (Bergamot)

Gin description

Rarest Dry Gin is a riff on our original Rare Dry Gin. It's made using an almost identical recipe with the exception of one distinct ingredient, the citrus. Where our Rare Dry Gin is made with fresh organic oranges, Rarest Dry Gin is made with fresh green bergamot, the rarest of all citruses we use. It's a herbaceous and bitter gin that is delicious in a G&T with rosemary or thyme. And as the name suggests, we only have a small amount to go around.
