Gin description

This limited edition gin highlights the red berries grown at Ferme du Spamboux in Mont-Sainte-Geneviève. Raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and strawberries are carefully harvested and then distilled to extract their full aromatic intensity. The strawberry gives this gin its delicate red hue, obtained naturally without any artificial colouring. This artisanal gin combines freshness, acidity and fruity roundness, with a profile that is expressive and accessible, whether enjoyed neat, with tonic or in a summer cocktail.
